Nicole Oddo Smith is the founder of Advantageous Recruiting and Human Resource Consulting. She has done significant hiring and developed hiring strategies for startups, professional service firms and public companies. Nicole is a dedicated and enthusiastic recruiter with nearly 20 years of experience. From the c-suite to college campuses, Nicole’s hands-on recruiting style will benefit company leaders and candidates in finding the right fit. She has her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and her MS in Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph’s University. Nicole is an adjunct professor at Saint Joseph’s where she shares her HR passion with undergraduates. When she isn’t recruiting or solving HR challenges, she’s a mom of two girls and loves to read, travel, and spend time with her friends and family.
